Their needs
Pierre Marcolini's requirements included migrating their Odoo ERP from version 14 to version 16 in order to benefit from the latest functionalities and enhancements.
It was essential to ensure continuity of operations during this migration, particularly for accounting and sales outlets in Belgium, France, the UK, Luxembourg and Germany.
Finally, the integration of complementary solutions to their Odoo system was necessary to meet specific needs not covered by the previous version.

Idealis Consulting assisted Maison Marcolini with the migration of their Odoo platform. Their Odoo V14 had not been set up by Idealis, so it was a matter of rework.
In particular, this migration enabled us to update key modules such as accounting, sales management, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, point-of-sale and invoicing in a multi-company environment; to integrate advanced tools such as Smart Analytics for better data management and informed decision-making; to manage inventory thanks to the installation of GS1 management and the improved edition of inventory and traceability labels ; integrate their e-commerce platform and set up a click and collect system; provide scalable and responsive support, working on continuous improvements and delivering automation solutions tailored to Maison Marcolini's specific needs; and manage the 40 or so points of sale spread over several sites, open 6 days a week.
