The story of Jacques Remy & Fils
Founded several decades ago, Jacques Remy et Fils is one of Belgium's leading wholesalers of fresh and pre-packed fruit and vegetables, with operations extending into Luxembourg and northern France. The company is renowned for its logistical efficiency, high-quality customer service and ability to manage large flows of goods in a demanding sector.
Their needs
Jacques Remy wanted an integrated management tool to cover key processes, including customer order management via a webshop and a rapid order-taking tool at the point of sale.
They also wanted to be able to manage cash registers, supplier orders and master data items. Inbound and outbound logistics management, order dispatching and drag-and-drop picking were also priorities, as was the management of truck deliveries.
Enfin, ils souhaitaient gérer les horaires et la gestion du temps des employés, la comptabilité, les rapports opérationnels et de gestion, ainsi que l'administration des employés (coordonnées, vacances, présences, etc.).
De oplossing
En collaboration étroite avec les équipes de JACQUES REMY, Idealis Consulting a repensé et intégré les processus.
Concrètement, nous avons installé et complété par du développement sur-mesure plusieurs applications. La solution Odoo propose toutes les fonctionnalités de l'ancien système et des nouveautés supplémentaires pertinentes. Le système précédent avait été développé durant plus de 20 ans, notre équipe l'a remplacé en 18 mois (prenant en compte que durant cette période, des nouveautés étaient encore livrées sur l'ancien système).
De plus, nous avons complété l’éventail d’applications Odoo grâce à de nouveaux modules customisés comme : l’outil de Dispatching et Picking des commandes avec une interface Drag and Drop ; la gestion des livraisons par camion et des planning de collaborateurs ; l'intégration de Smart Analytics pour un reporting opérationnel et de gestion avancé ; mais aussi une vue en temps réel des ventes (vue sur l'avancement de préparation des commandes) ainsi que des achats (pour le suivi des réceptions) ; enfin, la gestion simplifiée de la consignation avec une gestion des notes de crédit, de la facturation clients, ...
